A completely inept English cop (Matt Routledge) is given holiday leave when yet another arms-bust goes horribly wrong. Taking his best friend's advice he heads to Thailand where he meets the gorgeous supermodel, Tik (acclaimed Thai supermodel, Natcha Songsuwan), he proceeds to woo her in a series of hilarious attempts to win a date with her.

However, Tik's jealous ex-boyfriend, Mr. Big (Ken Streutker), kidnaps Tik forcing Billy back into 'Police Mode' on foreign soil and out of his jurisdiction.
